SHIPPING POLICY

🚀 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Oravina, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Below, you'll find all the details about how we ship your orders.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM EST are processed the following business day.
  • Please note: Shipping and processing are paused during weekends and holidays.

US SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 7-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered in 3-7 business days.
  • Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or text. Allow 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Carriers: DHL or USPS International.
  • Customs Duties & Fees: Customers are responsible for all applicable fees.
  • Costs are calculated at checkout.

Important:
Be aware of your country's import regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If customs denies entry of your order, attempt to return it to us, and we will refund your payment minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.


EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Warp Speed Shipping: Expedited option where orders are verified, quality-checked, and shipped within 24 hours if placed by 1 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
  • For Friday orders, delivery occurs the following Monday. Saturday delivery is available for U.S. orders if selected.

LOCAL OPTIONS

  • Local Pickup: Pick up your order at our facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email or text once ready. Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3:30 PM EST. Bring your order number and a valid ID matching the order name.
  • Local Delivery (Coming Soon): For customers within a 40-mile radius, we’ll soon offer delivery for a flat fee. Choose between immediate or scheduled delivery.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We can update your shipping address if your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. If your order is already in transit, contact the shipping carrier directly for rerouting options.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to our streamlined supply chain, orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.


TRACKING & UPDATES

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for updates to appear in the carrier's system.
